Specialty Air Conditioning in Springfield, MO, is hiring LG/VRF technicians to own startup, service, install, and commissioning of commercial HVAC VRF systems. You’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and optimize performance on Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, and other units, while upholding safety and codes.

Competenze

• 2+ years commercial VRF required.
• 2+ years HVAC experience (commercial service focus) preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in field conditions.
• VRF factory certifications (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Controls preferred.
• Knowledge of PLCs and digital diagnostics preferred.

What We Need From You:

• Comfort working on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces
• Ability to stand, kneel, and work for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and codes
• Hourly, Non-Exempt (Full-Time)
• Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and overtime opportunities
