Community College of Baltimore County is seeking a Utility Engineer I (HVAC Tech) to operate, maintain, and repair campus heating, cooling, and electrical systems. This full-time role on the Catonsville Campus runs Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM. Candidates with Journeyman HVAC or Stationary Engineer licenses and experience in energy management are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Formal training in operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience with building mechanical systems, boilers, and large chillers.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain and repair heating, cooling, electrical, and BAS on campus.
• Hands-on work with boilers, chillers, HVAC units, and building automation systems to ensure comfort and efficiency.
