As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will solve comfort, building inefficiency, and other service-related issues.

How You Will Do It

Tradesmen shall perform mechanical installations and drive results, mentored by peers and all work assigned under the labor agreement by the Employer, limited by their capabilities as determined by the Employer, at the respective apprentice rate of pay. They shall perform all work under the Employer's direction, troubleshoot and resolve problems, respond to warranty calls, and keep JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress and issues. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities, and support with quotes.
