Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas in Plano, Texas is seeking a Training Specialist to organize and deliver structured training for Delta employees, ASP technicians, customer first-responders, and sales partners across classrooms, factories, and onsite settings. You will build materials with Global Technical Support and measure training impact.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3–5 years in service support or HVAC training, strong presentation and PowerPoint

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent discipline.
3–5 years of experience providing service support or in HVAC training.
Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Organize and perform group and individual training sessions in classroom, factory, and onsite settings.
Create, organize, and formalize training materials with Global Technical Support Team.
Disseminate information to trainees and measure training impact.
Maintain training records and certifications.
Perform technical support including product updates and field liaison.
Promote Delta products and services to generate leads.
Identify and develop training and refresher training with Product/Area managers.
