Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in mechanical, product, systems or project engineering.
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and thermal systems.
• Ability to read drawings and prepare technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal and cooling-load calculations for equipment sizing.
• Support design of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Create and maintain drawings, BOMs, specs, and manufacturing docs.
• Manage projects from kickoff through production and completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and manufacturing to stay on schedule.
• Review customer specs and identify technical requirements.
• Prepare technical submittals and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and sales during proposals.
• Support regulatory and product compliance requirements.
