Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Test Engineer for its engineering laboratories in the United States. You will design tests, manage instrumentation, and automate measurement to evaluate performance of water- and air-cooled chillers.

The role focuses on a safe lab environment, AHRI/UL certifications, and collaboration with vendors to keep instrumentation fully operational. ABachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years HVAC testing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years HVAC industry experience.
• 2+ years experience with flow, pressure, temperature measurement sensors and systems for HVAC operation.

Responsibilities

• Support water- and air-cooled chiller testing activity with performance measurement and analysis.
• Plan, design and automate test setups; own instrumentation and control systems.
• Ensure lab safety and compliance with AHRI, UL and other standards.
