Job summary

E Solutions is seeking a Temperature Controls Installation Helper to join our Indianapolis area team. You will support lead technicians installing control panels, thermostats, and sensors at sites across Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

This full-time position starts at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. You will learn to run low-voltage wiring, mount components, and adhere to safety guidelines while contributing to efficient, reliable industrial systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read a tape measure and follow basic drawings.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with installing control panels, thermostats, and sensors.
• Run, pull, and secure low-voltage control wire and conduit.
• Mount electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Clean up work areas and organize tools and materials on the job site.
• Follow all company, jobsite and OSHA safety rules.
