Qualifications

• Comfortable handling manual tasks and using basic hand tools.
• Good basic math and attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with daily HVAC tasks.
• Learn to service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential equipment.
• Support installations, repairs, and equipment maintenance on job sites.
• Use hand tools safely and correctly under supervision.
• Keep vehicles and tools organized and clean on site.
• Interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
