Ant Power, LLC is seeking a Service Technician Trainee to assist Service Technicians across industrial, commercial, and residential HVACR projects. The role emphasizes safety, learning, and hands-on support within the Service Department.

The position involves teamwork on service jobs, basic troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and helping with IAQ/installation tasks as assigned by the Service Manager. A willingness to learn and communicate effectively with customers is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent and HVACR program enrollment.
• Strong reading and written communication with customers, suppliers and employees.
• Physical ability to lift 100 lb, climb with a 32' ladder and work in varied conditions.
• Willingness to develop HVACR skills through formal training and workshops.
• Hold a current state operator's license and able to operate company fleet vehicles within 30 days.
• Ability to work under time pressure, on non-standard schedules and adverse weather.

Mansioni

• Serve as a member of ad hoc Service Department teams for HVACR service jobs.
• Perform supervised and unsupervised basic HVACR service support activities (filters, parts, assisting technicians).
• Take on progressively more difficult tasks under supervision (troubleshooting, maintenance checks, wiring, soldering).
• Support IAQ and Installation Departments as assigned.
• Perform trainee/helper duties as directed by the Service Manager.
