Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Columbia, SC. Compensation ranges from $28 to $45 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

The role includes a robust benefits package, company vehicle, and tools provided. The technician will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, handle RTUs and ice machines, and perform preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• HVAC/R experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation is one week on and one week off.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
