ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in South Carolina. You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.

The role requires troubleshooting, diagnosis, and timely repairs, plus performing preventative maintenance. Candidates should have EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license; Commercial HVAC/R experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation is one week on and one week off.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
