Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in Tampa, FL. The role offers $28-$45 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

Responsibilities include servicing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, working on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, plus troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Requires EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• On Call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
