Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or combination of education/experience).
• Must meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electrical or pneumatic control systems for HVAC/R equipment.
• Perform ongoing maintenance to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best modification actions.
• Follow defined procedures with limited discretion.
• Work under close supervision to deliver outputs following established processes.
• Maintain detailed records and report on maintenance activities.
