Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
• Proven ability to present and sell equipment replacement options.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems.
• Perform maintenance: clean air handlers, coils, calibrate, replace components.
• Explain repair options and upfront pricing to homeowners.
• Educate customers on replacements and maintenance memberships.
• Maintain communication with Dispatch and Customer Service.
• Manage stocked service vehicle and keep job sites safe and organized.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and service reports via mobile platforms.
