Job summary

Rangers Baseball LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. You will perform preventive maintenance, daily upkeep, and repairs on heating, cooling, and related equipment at Ballpark Circle, Choctaw Stadium, and leased offices.

You will coordinate with City representatives, vendors, tenants, and other internal departments to schedule work and manage projects. The role requires on-call work, weekend/event nights, and occasional night shifts.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• 2+ years HVAC repair and/or service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Able to multi-task across multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to keep temperatures within target ranges.
• Operate building management or control systems and maintain logs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on pumps, chillers, AHUs, VAVs and related systems.
• Handle minor electrical and pipefitting repairs as needed.
• Respond to equipment issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and document inspections.
• Work in on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
