Job summary

GRDA is seeking a Technician Lead-HVAC for the Grand River Energy Center in Oklahoma. The role leads a multidisciplinary maintenance team, overseeing preventative, predictive, and reactive HVAC work to ensure reliable power generation and safety.

The position requires advanced knowledge of HVAC and power plant systems, strong analytical and written communication skills, and experience with Maximo, TK Pro, Excel, Access, and Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of HVAC maintenance experience at a generation or large industrial facility.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Oklahoma driver’s license or ability to convert within 30 days if moving from another state.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary maintenance team for HVAC systems in a power generation facility.
• Coordinate preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient, and safe operation.
• Utilize Maximo to generate purchase requisitions, schedule work orders, and track parts and activities.
• Participate in outage planning and cost/objective performance tracking.
