Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an HVAC Technician in a full-time role in the Putnam City area. The position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and responding to service calls to keep units running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of related experience, HVAC system knowledge (including chillers, VAV, VRF), and EPA CFC Universal certification, plus a valid driver’s license. Expect weekday mornings with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• EPA CFC Universal Certificate is required.
• HVAC systems knowledge including chillers, VAV, VRF and other commercial systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• License/certification for the city/state where work will be done.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Monitor HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Respond to hot and cold calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect valves, motors, controls, wiring, pumps, compressors, and related components.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and fulfill other tasks as needed.
