Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed education in HVAC or related technical field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist HVAC technicians during routine maintenance and inspections.
• Participate in preventative maintenance for HVAC equipment (air handlers, chillers, boilers, controls).
• Learn to read mechanical drawings and building plans.
• Assist in diagnosing HVAC issues using testing equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and system performance in CMMS.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives by monitoring performance.
