Qualifications

• S1 or S2 HVAC license (or close to obtaining).
• Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience.
• Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab + classroom training
• Share real-world experience with students entering the field
• Mentor and support students toward certification and careers
