Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Hartford, CT is looking for licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors in our HVAC program. You will train the next generation with hands-on lab and classroom instruction, delivering a consistent schedule and long-term stability.

The role offers a 4-day work week, sign-on bonus, no teaching experience required as training is provided, and the opportunity to stay in the trade in a new way within a national organization.

Qualifications

• S1 or S2 HVAC license (or close to obtaining).
• Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience.
• Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab + classroom training.
• Share real-world experience with students entering the field.
• Mentor and support students toward certification and careers.
• Help shape skilled technicians entering the workforce.
