The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC experience, S1/S2 license (or ability to obtain), a high school diploma, and strong communication and mentoring skills. The role offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.
• S1 or S2 license - or the ability to obtain S license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
