Lincoln Tech in East Windsor is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor to educate and mentor aspiring professionals in a well-equipped facility. You will deliver both theoretical and hands-on training that prepares students for successful careers in the HVAC industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC Technician experience.
• S1 or S2 license - or the ability to obtain S license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands‑on training in our fully equipped facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers.
