Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of HVAC experience.
• Must own Basic HVAC Tools and EPA universal certification.
• Active California Driver’s License and familiarity with electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and process cooling equipment including AHUs, chillers, and boilers.
• Inspect equipment to identify repair needs before breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot with hand and power tools and repair controls.
• Review blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specs for service work.
• Install and service HVAC/refrigeration systems following safety codes.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and service reports.
• Work on ladders, lift >50 lbs, and follow exact instructions.
• Assist in site-wide operations and on-call duties as assigned.
