The HVAC Technician III is a senior-level commercial HVAC technician responsible for performing advanced preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement support on commercial and mission-critical HVAC systems. This role requires strong independent diagnostic ability, sound judgment in the field, and the ability to support complex commercial environments with minimal supervision.

This position supports commercial facilities across the DC / Northern Virginia market, including office buildings, institutional facilities, data centers, mission-critical environments, and hyperscale facilities where applicable.

Pay: 45.00 - 60.00/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Work Environment:

• Field-based commercial service role.
• Dispatch from home with company vehicle.
• Service area includes Washington, DC, Alexandria, Northern Virginia, and surrounding DMV locations.
• Work may include rooftops, mechanical rooms, commercial buildings, institutional facilities, data centers, server rooms, and mission-critical environments.
• Overtime, on-call rotation, and emergency response may be required based on business needs.
