Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment
Service RTUs, split systems, refrigeration units, and basic controls
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
Work extensively with commercial chillers and large-tonnage systems
Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Document work accurately using mobile systems
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Travel to job sites daily (company vehicle provided)
8+ years of HVAC field experience including hands‑on experience with chillers and commercial HVAC systems
EPA Universal certification
Valid driver’s license
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills within commercial / industrial applications
Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation
NATE or other industry certifications
Experience with boilers, VRF, and/or BAS controls
Leadership or mentoring experience
