Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• EPA Type I or II certificate upon hire
• Employees must provide some of their own tools
• Maryland Class C non-commercial driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Work with moderate supervision from a technical superior.
• On-call 24 hours; work in boiler rooms or confined areas.
• Lift heavy air conditioning units (75-100 lbs).
• Follow safety practices in maintenance and repair of systems.
