Qualifications

• Must be proficient in reading electrical multi-meters.
• Basic HVAC troubleshooting skills required.
• Minimum of one to three years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• CFC Type II or Universal EPA License/Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and special projects promptly.
• Performs scheduled maintenance checks throughout the facility.
• Is on call for all disaster emergencies such as fire and floods.
