King's Daughters is seeking an HVAC/Facilities Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems in a healthcare setting. You will ensure safe operation, assist with refrigerating systems, and support overall facility comfort and efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, generator inspection, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in healthcare or related field.
• HVAC Journeyman license required.
• CFC certificate and driver''s license required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and boiler systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspect emergency generators and circuitry for operation and code compliance.
• Repair/install electrical equipment and circuits.
• Maintain indoor air quality systems per ASHRAE and JCAHO.
• Maintain inventories of plumbing and mechanical parts.
• Install, assemble and align building system components.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operations.
