The Colorado Department of Military & Veterans Affairs (DMVA) has four major operational divisions: Army National Guard, Air National Guard, Civil Air Patrol, and Veterans Affairs. This position is part of our Army National Guard Division, Construction and Facilities Management Branch and is located at the Readiness Center in Denver, Colorado. This position works four, ten-hour days, Tuesday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the position is to support the new and old facilities in the Northern Region with in-depth HVAC/mechanical preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as general trades maintenance and repairs, grounds-maintenance, and upkeep of building exteriors. Successful completion of a formal apprenticeship in HVAC may substitute for up to two years of the required HVAC experience. Please attach a copy of this license and/or transcripts to your online application in order to be considered for the substitution.
