Qualifications

• Ability to estimate time and materials accurately.
• Familiarity with building codes (state and local).
• Type I and Type II CFC certification required.
• Knowledge of EPA refrigerant regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment efficiently.
• Ability to read and understand routine instructions.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions.
