Job summary

Casino Del Sol seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service and repair heating and cooling systems across multiple properties. You will troubleshoot, calibrate controls, inspect chillers, and install new HVAC equipment while following safety regulations.

Strong reading of blueprints and adherence to codes are essential. You must have a high school diploma, at least two years of HVAC experience, and a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years’ experience installing and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace filters, motors, pumps, fans, and HVAC components.
• Inspect and service air-conditioning units for efficient operation.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and calibrate controls.
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
• Read and interpret building drawings and ensure code compliance.
