Candidates should have HVAC experience, EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver’s license; background and drug tests are required. The position offers $25–$28 per hour with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician and formal training
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of heat pumps, air handlers, ductless heat pumps, and boilers
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift at least 40 pounds

Responsabilités

• Install and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductless heat pumps, and boilers
• Be aware of local building codes and ordinances
• Complete assigned projects on time
• Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures
• Estimate costs of labor and materials associated with a job
