Job summary

Ogden Clinic is seeking an HVAC Technician to support maintenance across its Ogden locations. Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, you will assist with repairs of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep to ensure safe, functional facilities.

This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with most shifts not requiring nights or weekends. Training and opportunities for merit-based increases are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repairs of grounds, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, HVAC, and cleanup after projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance and prepare cost estimates.
• Maintain Ogden Clinic locations and facilities.
• Serve as a resource for other Facilities employees.

Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, the HVAC Technician is responsible for assisting in maintenance and repairs of grounds, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, HVAC, clean up after projects, snow removal, computer functions (Microsoft office and other maintenance databases), preventative maintenance, cost estimates, and general maintenance of Ogden Clinic locations and facilities. This position acts as a resource for other Facilities employees.
