Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC universal certificate and EPA refrigerant course completion required.
• Experience with computers, email and work orders preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret building drawings.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and service all types of HVAC units and related systems.
• Repair and service mechanical controls and central plant components.
• Process work orders in a timely manner and prepare parts paperwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new HVAC technologies and safety practices.
• Work overtime and adjust schedules as needed by supervisor.
