You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace components, guided by drawings and manuals, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules. The role requires a minimum of two years in HVAC work, a trade or vocational background or apprenticeship, and the ability to work in varied conditions with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Trade or vocational school graduate or apprenticeship completed.
• Minimum of two years’ HVAC experience.
• Ability to work indoors in cramped spaces and outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and installation of HVAC components and systems.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and perform repairs.
• Diagnose malfunctions using drawings and manuals.
• Maintain preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation.
• Handle emergencies and after-hours requests as needed.
• Assist with snow removal during events.
