Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on client facilities. You will work with various HVAC equipment, read blueprints, and ensure safety and code compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of HVAC experience, and EPA 608 certification. On-site work, occasional on-call shifts, and collaboration with subcontractors are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Driver's License in state (DL number) required.
• Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts.
• Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance on client equipment.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains HVAC machinery including VAVs, fans, pumps, and boilers.
• Ensures safe operation of systems and proper use of tools.
• Reads and interprets environmental control procedures and operating guidelines.
• Inspects work for compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Escorts subcontractors and coordinates on-site activities.
• Maintains documentation in CMMS and related records.
