Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and some corrective maintenance on existing HVAC equipment for our commercial clients nationwide. You will follow CMMS work orders, document tasks, and ensure safe operation of systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, read blueprints, and hold EPA 608 certification. A valid driver’s license and willingness to on-call shifts are required; MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years’ HVAC maintenance experience.
• Able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• EPA 608 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and some corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment per CMMS work orders.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, pumps, fans, VAV, and air handling units.
• Maintains safe operation of systems and adheres to safety procedures.
• Reads blueprints, learns facility layouts, and documents work in CMMS.
• Escorts subcontractors and assists in training others as needed.
