• Repair, replace or calibrate controls including thermostats and switches.
• Install new heating and a/c systems and components and relocate and expand existing systems as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment, including changing of filters and cleaning condensors and coils.
• Receive and complete work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
