Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to support a premier medical facility. This role focuses on maintaining comfortable, safe environments for patients and staff with a Monday–Friday day shift and rotating on-call duties.

You will install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, EPA 608 Certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Follow defined procedures and safety standards with supervision.
• Operate within rotating on-call and on-site responsibilities.
