Timber Ridge at Talus in Issaquah, WA is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to repair, maintain, and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The role offers a pay rate of $34 to $37 per hour, full-time schedule (at least 32.5 hours per week) with potential after-hours work for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum two years of HVAC/R experience in a commercial setting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor and other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC/R systems function properly.
• Install HVAC/R equipment to upgrade capabilities.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems and components as needed.
• Inspect systems and components to evaluate condition and plan repairs.
• Respond to emergencies after hours to resolve safety concerns.
• Assist with snow removal during winter.
• Participate in orientation and development of new employees.
