Timber Ridge at Talus is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to perform repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems at our Issaquah, WA community.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of HVAC/R experience in a commercial setting and a high school diploma or GED. The role offers full-time hours and a pay rate of $34 to $37 per hour, with potential for growth and benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum two years of HVAC/R experience in a commercial setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with supervisor and/or other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the ongoing functioning of HVAC/R systems.
• Install heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment for upgraded capabilities.
• Diagnose causes of problems in HVAC/R systems and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Inspect HVAC/R systems and components to evaluate condition and recommend maintenance.
• Repair HVAC/R systems and components to ensure a comfortable environment.
• Request parts and supplies to maintain inventory for installations and repairs.
• Prepare repair status and activity logs to document actions.
• Respond to emergencies after hours to address safety concerns.
• Assist with other facilities projects as staffing requires.
• Assist with winter snow removal efforts.
• Serve on security detail when assigned and follow protocols for concerns.
• Complete duties in a timely manner and participate in new employee development.
