• May be required to work in cramped areas.
• Required to perform on-call duties and be available for emergency situations.
• General maintenance and grounds duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate appropriately with residents and staff.
• Notify Environmental VP of problems and complaints in a timely manner.
• Follow Environmental Services Department procedures.
• Convey a professional, caring image.
• Support the mission and philosophy of the facility.
• Collaborate with facilities management on larger projects as needed.

SIGN ON BONUS - $3,000

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC expertise to join our Team! This position will perform maintenance on repair on all Heating and Cooling systems in the Seabury buildings. As needed will perform other facilities duties of repair. Works with facilities management staff to perform larger projects as needed. Position requires in depth knowledge of facility and its maintenance needs.

Full-Time: 40 hrs/wk; Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Position Requirements

Education: high school graduate or equivalent with 10+ years experience in building trades fields.

Specialized skills:

Licensed HVAC technician

Knowledge of DPH regulations

Facilities management - preferably in a like facility
