Job summary

ConServ Building Services is hiring a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician in the Charlotte, NC area. Earn $28-$45 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

You will service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, while performing preventative maintenance. Requirements include EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver's license, and HVAC/R experience.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
