Job summary

Jobot is hiring an HVAC Trainer (Instructor) to teach hands-on HVAC skills in a state-of-the-art facility in Lincoln, RI. The role offers 3-day weekends and opportunities for professional growth. You will lead practical sessions, guide students toward certification, and assess progress.

5+ years as an HVAC Technician is required; RJ1/RJ2 and master certifications are a plus. Mon-Thurs 10-hour shifts, Fridays off; salary $40-$50 per hour plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HVAC Technician experience.
• Bachelor's or higher not required; strong hands-on teaching ability.
• RJ1 and/or RJ2 would be highly helpful; master certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on HVAC training in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Lead practical sessions and assess student progress toward certification.
• Prepare students for certification exams and support career development.

Job Details

You will teach hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring students develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the HVAC industry.

• Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 10 hour shifts - EVERY FRIDAY OFF
• Pay range: $40-$50/hour
• Experience: No prior teaching experience required
• Location: Lincoln, RI
