Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain HVAC control systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Carry out defined duties and tasks as described by procedures and supervisors.
• Deliver output by following defined processes under close supervision and guidance.
