Qualifications

• Experience with boiler and WSHP systems required.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building automation and controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and boiler systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on split systems, boilers, WSHP, FCUs.
• Troubleshoot burners, controls, and pumps; support building ops.
• Coordinate with property teams to resolve resident concerns promptly.
