Job summary

Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Arlington, VA. This full-time role involves maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC/R systems, including RTUs, split systems, and light refrigeration, with on-call rotation per schedule.

You’ll log service details in our internal software, coordinate with customers, and participate in ongoing safety and training programs. We offer strong team culture and career growth opportunities.

• Obtain part pricing and build quotes.
• Follow company safety policies at all times.

What You’ll Accomplish

Basic Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong mechanical aptitude
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to use hand/power tools, gauges, and testing equipment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
• Willingness to obtain EPA & OSHA10 certifications (company-supported)

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops, in hot or cold conditions

Weekly Pay ($28-$45/hr., based on experience)
