We’re currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician who is ready to contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier service to our commercial clients.
Since 2011, we’ve provided expert service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment for multi-site clients such as Starbucks, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, and more. Headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, our service area now spans much of the Eastern Seaboard.

Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems, light refrigeration)
Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned customer locations
Participate in on call rotation
Log service details accurately using our internal software
Schedules service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software
Obtains part pricing, and builds quotes
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Commercial HVAC experience preferred
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong mechanical aptitude
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
Ability to use hand/power tools, gauges, and testing equipment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
Willingness to obtain EPA & OSHA10 certifications (company-supported)
Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops, in hot or cold conditions
