Qualifications

• HVAC/R training certificate required.
• Certification in refrigerant handling at all levels.
• Virginia Driver’s License with positive points.
• Mechanical Journeyman or Master License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems on a commercial level.
• Set up and maintain building automation software and monitor systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Schedule PM on HVAC/R equipment and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Oversee apprentice helpers.
