Job summary

Trane Technologies invites applications for the HVAC Technician Apprentice program. You will assist seasoned Service Technicians in installation and repair at customer sites.

This four-year Nationally Registered TAP program includes paid instruction time, on-the-job training, mentorship, and progression to HVAC Service Technician.

A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and a strong desire to learn are required; no prior HVAC experience needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Strong desire to learn a trade and impact the world.

Responsibilities

• Assist seasoned service technicians with installation and repair.
• Diagnose and plan on-site equipment repairs, and gather materials.
• Use tools, blueprints, and specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety and protect company assets on customer sites.
